Can you change your car door locks at any auto body shop?

I need new door locks due to theft, where can I change the locks other than the bodyshop?

Any locksmith can replace or re-key your door locks. Depending on the vehicle, you may be able to buy new door locks, including the keys, and have them installed. On some cars, it is a rather simple job, on others it is more difficult.

Call several locksmiths in your area to get an idea of the price, and check with the dealer for the cost of new lock cylinders.

You can probably find someone in the Yellow Pages that will do it cheaper than a garage/bodyshop.

Well it all depends on if the shop has the necessary equipment. Really it all boils down to the locking mechanism and I had my locks changed by a locksmith, not even a auto shop. If you call any of your local auto shops they should be able to either tell you they can or direct you to a reliable shop that can.
