Ibought a used car and it had a squeaking noise and the salesman said they would fix it. They changed the belt and when I left the lot it quit squeaking . the next day the noise returned.

The only way they have to take it back is as a repo.

from what i was told there is a automatic 90 day period for no mater what you buy or who it is from. the only time it don't apply is if specified that it's as is, no exchanges.
