Okay here is the deal, I own a Chevy camaro 1995 regular 3.4L v6 and a 1989 camaro iroc z I want to replace the seats from my 1995 to my 1989. Will I be able to do it? I will also change the rails if I need to But I don't want to make new holes in the car. Thanks for help.

You need to measure the mounting holes on both.
yes you should be able to. Even if you had to drill holes, it wouldn't matter. It's the floor pan and the holes will be covered by the carpet.
