I want to get an old car, but I am not a fan of automatic and having to switch the gears. So is it possible to change it to manual?|||EVERY THING IS POSSIBLE AT A COST :)
by the time you buy a gearbox and you pay labour it will turn up to be cheaper it you replace the car.

Complex answer: Require at least 48 hour solid work you have to remove the existing manual transmission, shift linkage, and peddles.
Then install The automatic peddle shift linkage, and possibly additional electronic then the automatic transmission and torque converter, may also require a new drive shaft.
I have likely left out quite a few steps but you get the idea.
